Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Printmakers’ Association of Western Australia Incorporated will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Saturday 2nd December 2023 from 2:00 to 3.00pm at the Tresillian Arts Centre, 21 Tyrell St, Nedlands.

The agenda for the AGM will include:

Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting

Report from the President

Report from the Treasurer including relevant excerpts from the Auditors Compilation Report for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2023. (A full copy of the report from the Auditor and PAWA’s Treasurer reports for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2023, are available on application to the Treasurer).

All committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations for committee positions received will be voted on, a quorum for the vote will be 11 members.

End of Year Party

Once the official business of the AGM has been finalised at 3.00pm there will be an opportunity to catch up with fellow members, celebrate the year and bid farewell to our association with the Trescillian Arts Centre at the PAWA End of Year Party.

Family and friends welcome.
Bring a print for the print exchange and change for the raffle.
You are welcome to bring a plate and your beverage of choice.
Tea and coffee will be available along with some wine.
