Annual General Meeting (AGM) 

The Printmakers’ Association of Western Australia Incorporated will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Sunday 6th of October 2024 from 2:00pm to 3.00pm at Atwell House, 586 Canning Hwy, Alfred Cove WA. 

The agenda for the AGM will include:

  • Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
  • Report from the President
  • Report from the Treasurer including relevant excerpts from the Auditors Compilation Report for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2024.
  • A full copy of the report from the Auditor and PAWA’s Treasurer reports for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2024, are available on application to the Treasurer.
  • Membership fees for 2025.
  • All committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations for committee positions received will be voted on, a quorum for the vote will be 11 members.

Studio Coordinator          General Committee

We seek on the General Committee: Studio Coordinator (2), Newsletter Coordinator/s, Web Page Manager/s, Minutes Secretary/ies plus those who can assist with exhibitions.

If you have a specific area of interest, please note it on your nomination form.

Some roles such as Membership or Studio Coordinator may be filled without being a committee member.

This can be ratified and minuted at the AGM.

admin@pawa.org.au by 5 PM on Friday 27th September 2024.

Once the official business of the AGM has been finalised at 3.00pm there will be an opportunity to catch up with fellow members, and enjoy some light refreshments that will be provided.

  • You are welcome to bring a plate and your beverage of choice.
  • Tea and coffee will be available along with some wine.
