  Annual General Meeting (AGM) 

  This is formal notification that the Printmakers’ Association of Western Australia Incorporated will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 2pm.

  The meeting will be held at our Atwell House Studio 586 Canning Highway Alfred Cove 6154.

  All members are encouraged to attend and are invited to a gathering after business. Light refreshments will be provided.

  
  AGENDA for the AGM will include:

  • Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
    
    
  • Report from the President
    
    
  • Report from the Treasurer including relevant excerpts from the Auditors Compilation Report for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2025.
    
    A full copy of the report from the Auditor and PAWA’s Treasurer reports for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2025, are available on application to the Treasurer.

  • All committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations for committee positions received will be voted on, a quorum for the vote will be 11 members.
    
    
  • Membership Fees
    
    

  Committee positions to be filled:

  • President                                        • Membership Coordinator

  • Vice President                                • Studio Coordinator

  • Secretary                                         • General Committee

  • Treasurer

  Some roles such as Membership or Studio Coordinator may be filled without being a committee member. This can be ratified and minuted at the AGM.

  
  We also seek on the General Committee:

  • 2nd Studio Coordinator

  • Newsletter Coordinator/s

  • Web Master

  • Social Media Manager

  • Events Manager

  • Minutes Secretary/ies

  • Exhibition assistants

  Once the official business of the AGM has been finalised at 3.00pm there will be an opportunity to catch up with fellow members, and enjoy some light refreshments that will be provided.

  • You are welcome to bring a plate and your beverage of choice.
  • Tea and coffee will be available along with some wine.
